“I heard about this course & decided to enrol not knowing what to expect. I was very impressed! I learned a lot of very valuable techniques which have given me great confidence with regards to any threat of physical attack. They are very simple but very effective. I am very conscious that we have a responsibility for the safety of our staff and I will be enrolling them all on this course.”
Fiona Egan – Chairperson Northwest Simon Community.
“With the way things are in today’s society this course is very relevant. I was also delighted that you don’t hurt the other person too much. You disable them and enable yourself! Some great tips too on self awareness & confidence. Would highly recommend this as a mother and for people in general.”
Paula O’ Neill – Primary School Teacher
